Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in choosing Autocept. This policy explains when refunds apply.

Before work begins

If you cancel within 24 hours of paying the advance and we have not started development, you receive a full refund of the advance payment.

During development

Once work has begun, the advance payment is partially refundable based on progress:

Final payment

The final 50% payment is due only after you approve the staging site. If you reject the delivered site and we cannot resolve issues within 2 revision rounds, you may request a refund of the final payment. The advance remains non-refundable at this stage.

Maintenance plans

Annual maintenance fees are refundable on a pro-rata basis if you cancel within the first 30 days. After 30 days, no refund is issued for the current billing period.

How to request a refund

Email hello@autocept.in with your project key and reason. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days via Razorpay.
