Terms of Service

By using Autocept's website delivery and maintenance services, you agree to these terms.

Service scope

• We deliver a professional business website within 7 business days of advance payment confirmation
• Scope is defined by your selected tier (Starter, Standard, or Premium) and intake form
• Revisions beyond the included allowance are billed separately or covered under maintenance plans

Payment terms

• 50% advance payment required to begin work
• 50% final payment due before the site goes fully live (watermark removed)
• Maintenance plans are billed annually and auto-renew unless cancelled 30 days before renewal

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information during onboarding
• Respond to review requests within 5 business days to avoid delivery delays
• Ensure you have rights to all content (photos, logos) you provide

Limitation of liability

Autocept's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect losses including lost revenue from downtime beyond our SLA.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to Ahmedabad jurisdiction.
